Generally, in person classes is the term used for these classes.

Other terms I've seen utilized include: resident, on-campus, classroom, and even standard. There are used adjectively, in expressions such as: resident sections, on-campus classes, class environment, traditional courses, etc.

This Google search programs lots of examples of face-to-face being utilized to describe classes standard class courses that are not online.

Another term utilized in instructional circles nowadays is combined learning. A mixed course meets in person but is supplemented with online components.
